Find The Missing Millions...
The world celebrates World Hepatitis Day on the 28th of July every year, this year 2020 it was celebrated with the theme find the missing millions.

Hepatitis is simply the inflammation of the liver.

If you wrote an Examination, you are graded with A,B, C,D or E. This makes you remember the five types of Hepatitis. Very easy right.

The liver is a very vital organ of the body, it helps to take away the "yama yama" from your body. So when next you are passing on the road and you hear that herbal drug seller saying: "buy this body cleanser, e dey comot all the dirty for your body", just sing for him " egugu be kiaful,na express you dey go", it does not make sense taking those preparations which even add to the yama in your system, giving much work to our lovely liver.
The Liver also breakdowns the carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
It helps to excrete waste products from the body.

For the Hepatitis A and E type it usually Acute, meaning "e  no dey last".

While B,C and D " dey tey for body wella".

How can you catch am:
Hepatitis A is gotten from eating contaminated food and water with faeces of an infected person.

Hepatitis B is transmitted through contact with infectious body fluids, such as blood, vaginal secretions, or semen, containing the hepatitis B virus (HBV). Injection drug use, having sex with an infected partner, or sharing razors with an infected person increase your risk of getting hepatitis B.

Hepatitis C comes from the hepatitis C virus (HCV). Hepatitis C is transmitted through direct contact with infected body fluids, typically through injection drug use and sexual contact. HCV is among the most common bloodborne viral infections.

Also called delta hepatitis, hepatitis D is a serious liver disease caused by the hepatitis D virus (HDV). HDV is contracted through direct contact with infected blood. Hepatitis D is a rare form of hepatitis that only occurs in conjunction with hepatitis B infection.

Hepatitis E is a waterborne disease caused by the hepatitis E virus (HEV). Hepatitis E is mainly found in areas with poor sanitation and typically results from ingesting fecal matter that contaminates the water supply.

Other things wey no be virus fit cause am like
Alcohol and overdose of drugs.

So no dey take common paracetamol too much. E fit spoil your liver.

How we go find the missing millions: if person tell you say him dey tire quick quick, dark urine, pale stool, abdominal pain, loss of appetite unexplained weight loss,
yellow skin and eyes, which may be signs of jaundice  make him go see Doctor wey go help am settle the matter.

Things dey go use settle matter sometimes no need drugs,eg A and E.

They are advised to get adequate rest, drink plenty of fluids, get enough nutrients, and avoid alcohol.

To prevent Hepatitis A and B,vaccine dey kwa.

To settle the matter of B,C,and D. You go need medical professional help. No go see Village people wey go add pepper for the matter.

Since our liver is very important to us, we need to take adequate steps to maintain its performance.
Practice good hygiene always, drink clean water and eat healthy. Avoid drug abuse, and sharing sharp objects. Go take vaccine if you never take am.

Together we go find the missing millions. No be money matter. Na human being like you and me.

I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
